The second visit is to The Swan Hotel in Telford owned by Chris Witton and his spiritual friend Rammy. They are hoping straightforward value for money will win them the competition. At the Yorkshire pudding making competition confident youngsters Charlie and Lauren show the proof is in the pudding, leaving confident cooks Mandy and Anny thinking there's more to them than meets the eye.
