Overview

Baton Rouge 2012: 19-year-old college student Essence Dyson, a promising young woman with a passion for hip-hop finds her ride-or-die soulmate and a young up-and-coming rapper, 17-year-old Chattley Chesterfield aka Chad the Youngin; when a petty feud turns deadly, she'll l have to decide if she's all in for her man or if she's better off taking this ride alone.
