ACTION BRONSON'S ROAD TO THE RESTAURANT PART 2

Overview

Action Bronson is creating the ultimate menu of sides using local NYC ingredients. First up, we stop by our favorite spot, Rosario’s, for some fresh cheeses and guanciale. Then, we stopped by the local butcher for the ultimate selection of cold cuts. Using those ingredients, we headed to the studio and created the ultimate tasting session of sides inspired by Action’s childhood food favorites. From a classic döner to an experimental take on a blooming onion, we tasted some epic eats. Enjoy!
