Overview

Although livestock have a major destructive impact on the environment, meat consumption is still rising in the world. To overcome this problem, scientists working in companies like Mosa Meat are exploring a more sustainable way of eating meat: cultured meat-real meat that has been developed in a lab from animal cells, without having to slaughter the animal.
