Overview
Each time Cihan fails to explain to Alya why he must perform the surgery, he feels increasingly cornered. As their argument escalates, Alya is forced to leave the mansion with their son. Unaware of the ordeal Cihan is facing, Ecmel and Demir conspire to set a deadly trap against him, one that also draws Şahin into their web without hesitation.
