Overview
In Minnesota, Cassandra struggles to understand why the rules of the road should apply to her and spends most of her time in her car screaming at strangers. Can even the most experienced professionals help Cassandra get her extreme rage under control? Meanwhile in New Jersey, formerly incarcerated Picard brings his hypervigilance to the road, battling double parkers and clueless drivers. But can a plea from his fiancee convince him to leave it behind for good?
