Overview

Sybil—now a close friend—gives Denise an ultimatum: she tells her to meet her outside on the street. The time approaches and Denise becomes increasingly nervous about going out. To encourage her, Joy enlists the help of the apartment community. To convince Denise to take control of her life despite setbacks, scars, and fears, each person reveals a key moment in their life.
