Overview
A creamy farmer’s pasta dish with ricotta, parmesan and pancetta. Filet Mignon with a sweet balsamic syrup and melted goat cheese. And for dessert, a decadent chocolate ricotta pudding with strawberry sauce. It’s gooey and oh so good!
