Overview
Wanting to be close to the coast, today’s rural relocators have a £650,000 budget, and it’s Jonnie Irwin who’s on hand to help them start a new life by finding a new home in Devon. Jonnie also visits Beer, a picturesque fishing village long associated with smugglers, where he tries not to disturb the residents of the local caves.
