Overview
Steve Brown faces a double challenge in his home county of Kent as he helps two sisters from London to buy a house each. With two separate budgets and different priorities, they are exploring options for rural and coastal living. Steve also meets a father and son whose family have been restoring traditional oast houses for four generations.
