Overview

Armed with a top budget of £450,000, Jules Hudson property shops with a couple wanting to make a permanent move from Kent to the scenic East Riding of Yorkshire. They are in search of a house with space for a burgeoning catering business. Jules also heads to Bridlington, where he tests his sea legs in a traditional fishing boat unique to the area.
