Overview
Ginny Buckley is on a house-hunting mission in rural Devon with a couple excited at the prospect of buying their first home together with their £525,000 budget. While in the county, Ginny heads to Salcombe Bay and sets sail in a Salcombe yawl, once a traditional fishing vessel and now a popular racing yacht, which has special design features to help chart these choppy waters.
