Overview
Aled Jones is in rural North Yorkshire helping a family relocate from Essex. With a budget of £500,000, they have already ruled out 30 properties, so Aled has his work cut out trying to find something which is close to perfection. A Victorian house-keeper's cottage comes fairly close, but can it beat the mystery house, a barn conversion?
