Overview

In The Woolpack at Betty’s birthday party, Steph is left feeling second best when Terence gets on well with everyone and even takes to the piano to sing Happy Birthday. Alone with Adam, an upset Steph wonders if her childhood admiration of Terence initiated or prolonged the abuse. Dismayed, Adam tries to assure Steph that victims often feel like they’re to blame but it's unjustified.
