Overview

When visiting Steph, Alan begins to believe the sincerity of her pleas. Later, Alan quizzes Adam on why he thinks Steph has suddenly turned on him. Suspecting that Alan may believe Steph, Adam acts hurt that Alan could imagine he is capable of murder. Elsewhere, Matthew and Sadie are horrified to find the tyres on their trucks have been slashed. Matthew immediately accuses Carl of the vandalism, but when Chas provides him an alibi Sadie decides that the only way to get to the bottom of the matter is by hiring a security guard.
