Overview

Kochi Racecourse once produced the racehorse Harurara, whose dedication to his sport drew sympathy despite a losing streak of more than 100 races. It is still a “sanctuary for losers,” so to speak, where horses released from racetracks all over the country end up. The people who come to watch the races also associate their own lives with these unknown horses. Some continue to visit the racecourse to inspire themselves while battling cancer, while others are looking for a fresh start in a place where their dreams have been shattered.
