Overview
Michelle treats a seemingly harmless patient who claims to see fairies at the bottom of his garden. Heston struggles to enter into the spirit of Lily's romantic camping trip, but ends up getting more than he could have hoped for. Ruth and Adam's relationship becomes more intimate.
