Overview

Jimmi realises how lonely he is when he helps a woman and her son who are on the run from an abusive marriage. And Vivien's day goes from bad to worse when first a virus causes havoc with her email, and then Karen returns, contrary to Vivien's instructions. But by the day's end, Vivien grudgingly admits that she is impressed with the temp.
