Latara says she’s at her wits end with her fiance, Cesar. She says Cesar is an alcoholic who has lost their two young children at a festival while intoxicated, has gotten them kicked out of restaurants, and cheated on her. Latara says if Cesar doesn’t get help, she’s done with the relationship.
