Overview

The programme concludes with his death and the debate concerning whether the cause was cholera or suicide. Charles Hazlewood conducts the Mariinsky Young Philharmonic, and the talented Russian Sasha Sitkovetsky performs Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto.
