Overview
Shilpa accompanies Armaan to the orphanage she grew up in. Armaan and Shilpa conduct medical training for the children in the orphanage. Meanwhile, Shashank meets Siddhant and Riddhima and asks them about their relationship. They both assert that they are happy. Will Shashank sense something amiss?
