Despite Armaan's repeated pleas, Riddhima tells him that she does not love him anymore. She explains that she cares about Siddhant's feelings now. On the other hand, Siddhant begins to distance himself from Riddhima. Dr Shashank gives Armaan some advice. What does he say?
