Japanese robot technology leads the world, and this is especially true for humanoid robots - no other country can produce robots that move with such grace and sensitivity, inspiring affection by the way they look. Robot research today is advancing rapidly, not only for industrial applications, but also to develop robots for new fields such as medical treatment and caregiving.
