Overview

Dana Besnoy is a first-time homeowner with a beautiful Spanish-style house. When she first moved in she put her heart and soul into redecorating, but ran out of ideas when it came to her patio. She feels that it’s just a slab of concrete and would love to someday entertain guests in a more festive space. By adding some bright colors, creative seating and an eclectic fountain, Kristan, Dave and Spencer are able to transform a boring concrete wasteland into an outdoor oasis, all for under $1,000.
