Overview

Down-and-out Paddy buys a makeup case from an actor's widow, who claims that when the makeup is applied, its wearer instantly becomes the character. When Paddy puts on the makeup, he becomes whatever character is inscribed on the container. So he sets out to get back at the bookie who owes him.
