Los Angeles. September 18, 2001, Cedric Hurd was shot and killed in front of his 3-year-old daughter. March 18, 1989, while crossing the street 3-year-old D'Ancee Barnes was victim to a hit and run. Today the case still remains open. "Once he came into my life, he changed my life for the better."
