Cleveland. May 2, 2004, 24-year-old Kirsten Prescott was found strangled by her own clothing. Her killer has never been caught. June 18, 2011, 32-year-old Deshaun Napier was celebrating his birthday at a nightclub on Lee Rd when he was shot and killed just outside the clubs parking lot.
