Who Runs the SSP?

Overview

During his tour of duty with the military-based Secret Space Programs, Randy Cramer had the occasional run in with members of the corporate run SSPs. He found that at the heart of it all is a vast roundtable made up of hundreds of groups and agencies, not all of which are from Earth. He explains to Emery Smith that each holds a stake in running clandestine ventures into the cosmos and the future for life on Earth. Randy cautions that a big change for all of these players is soon to transpire.
