Overview

CHI-SHING and SHEUNG-YAU reveal to YIM KAN and TAK-YU respectively that KA-ZA doesn’t have enough money to buy Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE’s company shares. TAK-YU discusses the tutorial centre’s case with KA-ZA and KA-ZA wants to handle the case by himself. By taking the case, KA-ZA is trying to persuade his master TONG KWUN to buy the company shares of Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE. KA-ZA, TAK-YU and SHEUNG-YAU join the law union’s charity banquet together. They meet Lawyer CHOW and MAY there. KA-ZA tries to look for TONG KWUN in the restaurant but he discovers that Lawyer CHOW is chatting with TONG KWUN happily. KA-ZA discusses with Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE if he could buy their shares later. Mrs LEE reveals that she is planning to sell her shares to somebody already. Everybody is worried that Lawyer CHOW may take charge of the law firm soon. SHEUNG-YAU is enraged that Lawyer CHOW has been spreading rumors to frame him and SHEUNG-HO……
