Santo Ligotti: Block Four

Overview

Santo Ligotti is the host for the evening. He believes he has the perfect combination of skills to win this competition hands down. His "Mama's boy" Italian-inspired menu consists of eggplant Parmesan, stuffed artichokes and risotto balls as the appetizers, Neapolitan stuffed veal (stuffed pepper for vegetarian Holly) as the main course, and orange zeppole for dessert. Cooking food on which he grew up on has mixed reactions to his guests. The highlights for the evening seem to stem from the misfortunes of one of the diners, the first of which the others seems somewhat happy about, the second which sheds some new light for the previous reaction to that person.
