Jane McDonald, one of the nation's best-loved entertainers, hosts a traditional Christmas Eve celebration from St Elisabeth's Church in Greater Manchester - there are festive performances from BRIT and MOBO Award winner Lemar, classical violinist Esther Abrami, the voice of Strictly Tommy Blaize and soprano Carly Paoli - Jane herself also picks up the microphone for two show-stopping performances.
