Overview

It was in Muret, a few kilometers from Toulouse, that Martine made a real call for help to Chef Philippe Etchebest. Her husband Joël has been running a restaurant for 11 years, but today, at more than 70 years of age and when he should be enjoying a peaceful retirement, he is exhausted. Despite his best efforts, customers are becoming fewer and fewer and Joel can't afford to pay himself. The least we can say is that in this restaurant dedicated to seafood and fish, the chef has gone from one surprise to another: between a waitress who is completely lost, more than 400 lobsters in the freezers and a cook completely adrift, the situation is catastrophic!
