Overview
The tourist police declare a state of emergency on Koh Samui as the most powerful storm in decades looks set to hit the island. All planes and boats are grounded, with thousands of tourists trapped until the storm passes. There’s panic on Pattaya’s Walking Street when a seven-foot python is discovered hanging from an electricity pylon., while officer Seed and volunteer David have to deal with a fight in a tourist bar.
