Overview
Using the Transportation Technique, Sasuke arrives at a strange location that is covered with mysterious inscriptions. There he finds many surprising things about the Otsutsuki Clan. Meanwhile, Boro, one of the leaders of the Kara, has been using his mysterious powers publicly to heal the sick.
