Overview

Designer Vern Yip and a local realtor go to the mile high city of Denver, Colorado to check out three unique and unconventional home renovations. First they look at an abandoned warehouse that has been turned into a chic oasis. Next they'll head to a hundred and twenty-five year old church that is now a quiet sanctuary. And finally, they visit an old junkyard garage, complete with a tower overlooking the city!
