Shortbread Cookies

Mmm, shortbread, an old-fashioned style of cookie that’s buttery, rich and crumbly—perfect with a cup of hot tea or a glass of cold milk. Anna starts out preparing a basic Vanilla Spritz Shortbread by piping cookie dough through a cookie press, a great technique to give cookies a pretty shape. Then Anna prepares traditional Scottish Pan Shortbread. This timeless recipe makes denser dough and is a little more challenging but produces dozens of buttery cookies that melt in your mouth.
