Overview

A retired cop has committed a tattoo crime when he had his nickname immortalized on his body. Now his girlfriend refuses to marry him unless the tattoo goes. Kristen thought she knew exactly what she wanted for her first tattoo. The only problem was she was 16 and had to go underground to get her underage tattoo disaster.
