KI LOK gets a very unpleasant earful from KING-SUN who accuses her of not only having mistakenly swapped prescriptions but also remained unapologetic about it. Not wanting to make a fuss on such a minor issue, CHI-MING thinks an apology will suffice, to which however SIN-FA disagrees. On the contrary, she requests KING-SUN to make an apology, on top of which she even launches a work-to-rule campaign. After attending to an injured child, YAT-CHUN suspects it's the result of child abuse. Meanwhile, the student nurses meet up with NGA-YAN and ask her about the thing that happened between KI LOK and KING-SUN, hoping she tells them everything.
