Back on Earth, the Gandharva was found near the Mariana Islands in the Pacific Ocean. However, the top brass is just concerned about the budget and wants to salvage Gandharva because they consider it’s a useful weapon. Not satisfied with their decision, one man decides to organize a rescue team in secret.
