Overview

Just as the Five were celebrating their apparent acquittal, the prosecution charged them in a second case. In the second trial a year later, the men were convicted of providing 'material support' to Hamas and in 2009, were sentenced to between 15 and 65 years in prison. The Five have lost all their appeals.
