The Shuang rob the inn of the "White Queen", and Tolstoy tries to prevent them. The Illuminati are preparing the actor Leander for the role of Alexander's double, who is destined for a ritual death. Peter begins an independent search for the emperor and stumbles upon Mongo in the monastery.
