Overview

After nearly a decade of stalled development ideas for a valuable plot of land next to the former Staples Centre in Downtown Los Angeles, finally a development began to rise from the ground. It was the massive Oceanwide Plaza and by 2019 it looked as if the project was finally wrapping up. However as years would pass, work seemingly had just stopped.
