Laura Hamilton is in the popular resort of La Mata on Spain’s Costa Blanca to help house hunters Gordon and Steph. Steph, who works in recruitment, and Gordon, a recently retired insurance broker, have been married for 33 years and now with their three children are all grown up, they’ve decided it’s the perfect time to buy a holiday home close to a golf course.
