Overview
Having just sold her house in West London, Mia is taking early retirement and planning a permanent move to the countryside around Alicante. Helping Mia with this house hunt is her mother Valerie, who also plans to visit her in Spain regularly. For her budget of £170,000 Mia wants to find a secluded property up the hills but Valerie thinks she would be better off in a town with amenities.
