Nicaragua - Varanasi

Overview

Katja Schuurman continues her journey through Nicaragua. From the island of Ometepe she takes the overnight ferry across Lake Nicaragua. After a trip through the rain forest, she travels further towards the more famous neighbor Costa Rica. Dennis Storm travels further through India. He is in Varanasi, the holy city of Hinduism where life takes place largely in and on the holy river Ganges. He experiences an evening fire ceremony on the banks of the river.
