Overview
“Diversity” is one of THE buzzwords of the moment and that also applies to the world of work. The goal is to have more people with a migration background and a non-discriminatory and anti-racist corporate culture. However, critics fear more appearance than reality, because structural discrimination against BPoCs and people with a migration history cannot be solved through personal responsibility and self-commitment alone.
