Overview

During their first days of internship, Tim den Besten and Nicolaas Veul become acquainted with the often mysterious clients in their department, but also with the do's and don'ts in the profession. Tim is told by his supervisors that he should ask less direct questions. Nicolaas is introduced to Benno, who hears the voices of three floating men.
