Overview
A documentary about two transgender women, Josseline Aguilar and Jessica Anahí, who use oral storytelling on stage to transform themselves and reshape the reality they inhabit, becoming activists for the community they represent. The voice—the voices that emerge through the craft of storytelling (guided by masters Armando Trejo and Rubén Corbett of the International Forum of Oral Narration)—becomes a different kind of material, one that almost imperceptibly inserts itself into the audience's imagination.
