We learn of the great uncontested influence that CIA's #1 Man in Mexico, Winston Scott had, and how he backed the PRI Monopoly over Mexico's politics,misleading Mexico's President (Gustavo Diaz Ordaz) About the NEVER proven Communist involvement with the Student Movement in 1968, and such uncertainty leading to the massacre of Hundreds of students on October 2nd, 1968, a week prior to the inauguration of the Mexico 1968. Olympics.
