Overview
In 1958, the polemic Brazilian artist Flávio de Carvalho joined an expedition to the rainforest to shoot his first feature film. Danger, romance and quarrels in the jungle and the production had to be interrupted. The White Goddess employs rare and original archival images to recreate this journey.
